The great thing about Indonesian dishes: that explosion of taste of different flavours combining together in your mouth. Disney movies are real. True love does exist. Our love for food, is true. The most pure and genuine form of love.

We become poets if we eat great food.

The rice cakes here are softer than your usual ones in Jakarta. It gives it a nice soft texture. The bean sprouts? You can opt for cooked or raw ones. We like them raw because it has that extra crunch that the cooked ones do not have. The fried shallots are generous, so that is always a plus! Put the cherry on top, that is the fried tempe that gives another texture and layer of taste here. But the champion that holds all of this together? The glue? Of course that peanut sauce! It has just the right amount of thickness. It has the right balance of tangy, sweet and spicy. WE LOVE IT.
